PhD in Theoretical Physics, former head of the physics department at the preparatory school of science and technology in Tlemcen (Algeria), former assistant of the vice-rector of post-graduation and research and of the vice-rector of International relations at the University of Tlemcen, project officer for the outcome R6 University Industry Partnership of the Algerian-European program PAPS.
He was involved in several EU projects (Tempus and Erasmus +) mainly related to employability, innovation, and entrepreneurship: DEFI Averroes, EVARECH, SEMSEM, COMPERE, and COFFEE. He coordinated many projects related to employability and entrepreneurship with ILO (International Labour Office), British Council and he was the head of the BLEU Bureau de Liaison Entreprises Université (Liaison office with the private and public sector) of the University of Tlemcen for more than 8 years. He organised several events related to employability, innovation, and entrepreneurship with different partners form the public and private sector (Injaz El Djazair, Infodays, Forum, Business to Student Day, Business Plan Training) and he participated as a speaker at several national events.
He was the architect of the Ecosystem of Employability, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at the University of Tlemcen.
He is now Private Sector Coordinator in charge of Employability and Entrepreneurship Unit at the Pan African University Institute of Water and Energy Sciences (including climate change) PAUWES, his main tasks includes developing partnerships with private and public companies, institutions, NGOs and Start-ups; running and monitoring the career service activities and Entrepreneurship activities at PAUWES and also developing the concept of PAU entrepreneurship Hub and its implementation (including activities and processes)
