Chinwe Fidelia Okoli

Chinwe Fidelia Okoli is currently the Manager of Roar Nigeria hub and the Pioneer Manager of Lion Science Park, the first university-embedded hub and Science Park in West Africa respectively. Her role involves business coaching, business incubation program development, designing organisational structure, business acceleration, investment mapping, marketing, innovation ecosystem engagement, B2B & B2C matchmaking, creating networks and innovation events.

A Coach and an Author of two books-The Ladder to Academic Excellence and A Daunting Odyssey. She is also the Founder of Grand Africa Initiative, a non-governmental organisation that grooms, empowers and mentors (GEM) young people across Africa to discover and harness their unique talents and contribute meaningfully to the society with the goal of achieving a safer society for all.

She is a public speaker at national, regional and international events. Within the last six weeks, Ms Okoli delivered presentations on:

    • Setting up and running the first University-Embedded innovation hub and Science Park in West African Sub Region.  Being a paper delivered at  The 36th IASP World Conference on Science Parks and Areas of Innovation, held on 24th to 27th September, in France


  • Building an Innovation Ecosystem in a University Environment, The University of Nigeria’s Experience.  A presentation delivered at the 3rd Annual Alumni Convention of the University of Nigeria Alumni Association, held on 17-20th October, in Nottingham,  United Kingdom


Chinwe holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria;  M.Sc. in Public Policy and Management from the University of London, United Kingdom, and a Diploma in Management of Higher Education from Galilee International Management Institute, Galilee, Israel. She has also participated in trainings on fundamentals of Science Park; business incubation and Business Acceleration.
